Summer Solstice

HAPPY SUMMER! On Saturday we had a low-key celebration of the summer solstice. Ryan and I set up the tent for a camp out in the backyard. Our neighbors had a fire going that night so we headed over there to hang out for a bit. Ryan's bedtime is usually 7:30 - 8:00 so it was fun for him to stay up till dark and we were able to watch the fireflys on our way home.

Good morning Ryan!
The summer fairies left the us a little surprise. We had made some cards and bread to leave out for them - I guess they appreciated that : )

The boys set to work making their model airplanes that was their gift. Also a tie dye kit that we will use soon.

Happy Summer

Tom used to love model anything, cars, boats, planes. It's awesome that Sage and Ryan can do it together!
