It was open house on the Schooner yesterday and Sage was our tour guide. He showed us all around and pointed out the different parts of the boat. We went down below deck where the sealab is set up. We were able to see plankton that they had caught that day. It was up on a monitor hooked up to the microscope so we were able to see the details. I love living through my children - I have never seen plankton except in books! The boat was cool, I can see why Sage had a great time. The crew and kids were nice as well and they did not have a single day of rain. They were also able to swim off the boat a couple of days. Sage got stung by a jellyfish, but he is ok.

We thought it was neat that this was from Jacksonville,Fl where we are from and where we are headed to in a couple of days.

this is sage's bird that the he made. it is a four winged blue bird with wings on its head to help it fly in mountain regions.
The kids made journals - I like his penguin.
Today was the last day of camp and it was Pirate Day. Sage was so excitted, he asked me to make him an eye patch. Ryan of course wanted one and then they spent the morning sword fighting. What a fun way to start your day.
